Bahamas Vision Center
We required service for our YAG laser and Teknar AB scanner. As we are located in Nassau, Bahamas, travel arrangements etc. had to be taken care of. The EXACT EYES team was easy to work with and very professional in answering questions and getting the travel plans coordinated. Dale, the technician, was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the systems that he was working with (even though they were dated) and was able to explain what was needed for repairs. He performed his work in less time than was estimated and EXACT EYES adjusted the billing accordingly! All in all, a good experience and we will use them again if needed.
